About Bar Victor
In the heart of Key Largo, where the pace softens and the Keys begin, there is a place shaped by family, culture, and a lifelong belief that the best moments happen when people gather.
Bar Victor is named for Antonio Victor Cao, a man whose life has always revolved around connection. Long before the clink of glasses and the glow of evening light, Antonio and his wife, Gelasia, worked side by side in a small Cuban bakery. When they brought those traditions to Miami, they built what would become Vicky Bakery, a South Florida staple rooted in warmth, consistency, and care.
That same spirit defines Bar Victor today.
To his family, Antonio was never just a baker. He was the energy in the room. The one who sang, danced, and made every gathering feel a little fuller simply by being there. That rhythm, joyful, unforced, and deeply human, is the foundation Bar Victor is built on.
Where Vicky Bakery celebrates the sweetness of mornings and shared coffee, Bar Victor holds space for a different kind of moment. The slower hours. The stronger pours. The conversations that stretch a little longer than planned.
